Las Palmas Maya, Tulum

Absolutely the best place to stay in Tulum! Tom is incredible and the whole staff is amazing! You are 1 minute from the beach surrounded by restaurants, shops and all you need but yet in a very quite spot! My room was impeccably clean and it was so relaxing to rest there. I will come back for sure! Thank you!!!

Great customer service, awesome owners, nice rooms. No air con but ceiling fans and additional fans are provided. There is a community hammock/lounging area as well as a community kitchen. The location is walking distance to restaurants and other hotels and only steps away from the beach. Price is affordable and the staff make you feel comfortable and welcome. Will come here again.

Our stay went far above expectation. Tom and his girlfriend were the most gracious, organized, informative, and hospitable hosts you could ask for. We wanted to hire him for our vacation rental business! Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff all smiles. We loved our visit, even through a hurricane, and will definitely be back.

This hotel was very relaxing and seamless to stay at, I felt at home and always had help when I needed it. The couple that run this hotel were always available for a chat and had the best local recommendations. Don't forget to try the coffee and to go for a massage on the beach with Miguel ! The rooms were always magically cleaned everyday, I would only step out for a few minutes and would return to my bed made and a cleaned room. All in all I highly recommend staying at this affordable and comfortable hotel.

It's not directly on the beach. But it is so close that you will be in the water after less than a minutes walk across the road! Tom and Malika are amazing hosts. Tom is super friendly and attentive and always there when we needed him. He runs the place well, ensuring you have the best time there. He knows so much about the local area you won't ever need a tour guide! Las Palmas itself is also a great hotel. The whole place is run "off the grid" using power from the sun (with a backup generator, just in case). There's also pretty decent wifi considering. Las Palmas also boasts a kitchen, if you don't feel like going out for food just cook something in-house! Easy! My partner and I love it here! We hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay in late December 2017!! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Tom and Malika were attentive hosts. They took the time to answer all of our questions and offer great suggestions on where to go. Coffee was delicious, served every morning in cute mugs. Paradise!

Tom was the most accommodating hotel host ever. He even gave us a ride to the bike rental place down the road! The place was modest, but super clean, and location was ideal. The restaurant attached to the hotel was quite delicious as well. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Loved staying in the jungle-like, almost beach-front property. The kitchen is super handy and you have a lot of freedom to eat/buy whatever you want. The big super market is quiet a ways down the road so having a car rental was helpful. The staff was great and we really enjoyed communicating with everyone on site. The rooms are super clean and we really liked the mosquito net, it was very helpful because the bugs in this area are fierce. Tom was awesome at pointing out all the good spots and a fun companion. The breakfast and coffee on site was yummy and exceeded expectations. It's the shortest walk away from the beach and we even saw baby turtles run toward to ocean for the first time. Our stay here was definitely a highlight of our vacation, and we went to an all inclusive after this!
